Wherepresencegets real.

A day
on the
pavement.
Outdoor work is physical. It runs on preparation, weather, timing and patience — and it is where a brand's presence stops being theoretical.
- 06:40
Load-in
Materials, signage and tables move by hand. Everything that will stand up on the street gets checked before it leaves.
- 08:15
Setup
Layout is built around foot traffic, not around a photograph. Sightlines, approach angles, and somewhere for a conversation to actually happen.
- 10:00
First conversations
The slowest part of the day and the most important. Approach, listen, answer, and let people leave when they want to.
- 14:30
Adjust
Position moves. Language changes. What the morning taught us gets applied before the afternoon crowd arrives.
- 18:45
Breakdown & debrief
Site returned to how we found it. Field notes written while the day is still fresh.
