Coordination is the work nobody sees: keeping crews, materials, sites and timing moving together so the campaign in the field matches the campaign on paper.

Every shift starts from a dispatch sheet: crew assignments, site addresses, arrival windows, materials allocated and the lead responsible. Changes go out through one channel so nobody works from an old version.

Crews, leads and the client account contact sit on defined lines. Field questions get answered during the shift, not after it — and anything that affects the client is escalated the same day.

Print, samples, signage and equipment are tracked per site. When a location burns through materials faster than expected, the next run is adjusted rather than the day being lost.

Daily briefings cover the offer, the objections heard yesterday, site-specific rules and standards of conduct. Representatives go out able to answer questions rather than recite a script.

Coverage, conditions, field notes and issues are logged at the end of each shift and rolled into a reporting rhythm agreed with the client.

A campaign that looks effortless in public is a campaign where the moving pieces were coordinated in private.
