Phase 03Deploy · Field operations · NYC

Move people.Move products.Move campaigns.

Deployment is physical. Crews, cases, frames and stock have to arrive in the right place, in working order, early enough to be set up before the first customer walks past.

A day
on the
ground.

The selling window is a few hours. The logistics window is the whole day around it.

  1. 05:50

    Depot

Load list checked against the truck. Cases, frames, print and stock are staged in the order they come off.

  2. 06:40

    Load-in

Everything moves by hand from curb to site. Access routes, elevators and loading windows were confirmed during planning.

  3. 08:15

    Setup

Layout built around foot traffic: sightlines, approach angles and room for a conversation to happen.

  4. 09:30

    Go live

Crew in position, materials stocked, lead on the floor. The sales day starts on time because the logistics day started earlier.

  5. 19:00

    Breakdown

Site returned to how we found it. Stock reconciled, gear back on the truck, notes written before anyone leaves.
